Watch This: Christian Bale’s Rage Remixed

Baring any further developments in the ‘Christian Bale Strikes Back’ situation, this should be our last post about it. Personally, I had all sorts of debate with self and other folks around the FSR office yesterday as to whether we should even be talking about it or not. But based on the amount of comments each of these stories have received, you all appear to be interested. So in addition to the video above — which is a rather funny remix of the now infamous Bale rant — we’ve got a few links that you can use to entertain yourselves.
- First up is a rant from Harry Knowles over at Ain’t It Cool News, who is so above this gossipy crap that he waited until the sound clip had taken over the web, then wrote a big rant about why he wasn’t posting it.
- Next is an excellent editorial from Devin Faraci at CHUD, in which he once again urges Mr. Bale to “cheer up.”
- Then there is a Christian Bale Soundboard that the folks over at UGO put together. This will come in handy down the road if you are (a) a radio DJ hell bent on torturing the world or (b) someone with way too much time on their hands.
- And finally, the pop culture revolution continues — the folks at Despair have begun selling the “Christian Bale and I are DONE Professionally” T-shirt.
So there you have it, folks. Everything that you need to continue to laugh at the expense of Christian Bale. I would say that you should be ashamed, but you all know that we are sort of laughing, too. I do stand by my original claim, however, that Bale was probably justified in his outburst. He’s a serious actor, someone not to be fucked with.
