When Michael gave Pam that note to give the Toby, told her not to open it or read it, but she did it anyway. Then, they cut to Toby, and immediately I thought, "what if she gave him that letter?" With all the feelings Toby has for Pam, the tension that may have caused would have been incredible. I thought about this for a moment before coming to the fact that she never gave him the note. The point is that the characters on this show are so strong that we can imagine how these people would react to situations that never happened.
