well for every one who does not like the show dont watch it but in the shows defence it is an acurate detail of how gladiator life was at that time the swearing the gor the sex scandels y do u think there was so much disese back than which they clearly talk about and see in a few episodes. as far as the speacial effects thats the new kind of visuals that the majority of people want to see with every thing combined thats why spartacuse blood and sand is one of the few shows that got a second season add on because of just the pilot episode so all in all the masses have spoken and the say “I AM SPARTACUS”

Absolutely amazing show! When first watching the show I thought it was nothing more than a sad attempt at being the new 300, but the more and more I watched, the more I get sucked in. I am absolutely obsessed now. The story line is fantastic with so many twists, turns and shocking suprises. The fact that the show is borderline uncensored is fantastic. I am a huge supporter of being able to choose what I watch and what I dont watch. Overall this is one of my favorite shows I have ever witnessed.

Well, actually, I'm complaining. I like blood 'n' sex as much as the next guy, but the blood – and the way it's handled – is getting super-annoying. The sex will probably follow (waiting for the special effects for the other bodily fluids). All in all, there's a lot that's simply gratuitous in this show. I'm only giving it a couple more episodes – keeps up like this, i'm out.

I like movies and especially warrior movies, but this show is by far the saddest thing on televesion. I thought i was watching a mixture between 300 and XXX rated movies all put together in one. More swear words that a demon itself speaking and why show these people having sex like that, insane. I am not watching this series and I am telling every person I know not to watch it. Why does america think everything has to be about sex, shows like true blood, big love and cool, but this show is brutal. What are we -babalon? how about taking out the cursing and sex and slow down on the blood and gore and it might be worth watching.

Holy crap that show was terrible. Everything about it was unbearably bad. Writing, acting, effects, all awful. The amateurish attempt at 300 Snyder-esque film-making was embarrassing.
However, if you're just looking for T&A, you've come to the right place.
