I thought the same, that the bridge wasn't the last thing she saw. But upon reviewing the show, when the good doctor is talking to Peter about how they could do it, he mentions the fact that she had received the anesthesia prior to death and that it paralyzed the optic nerve... therefore, allowing them possibly view the last images... plural. Cuz I guess they're all stuck in the optic nerve, like a camera needing to be downloaded. I guess. This is the fi part of sci fi.
