Or is the stolen technology that Danial uses that of the Centurians, and skinjobs came about that way? But, since skinjobs weren't known about until the peace station on the outer edges of wherever was blown up, how does that make sense? I suppose Danial would hide her, to protect her, and the Adama clan may know about it, hence the feud, but it just doesn't feel like the timeline adds up right to me.
