As you may have read in my review earlier in the week, Smart People was another favorite of mine from this year’s Sundance Film Festival. It brought just as much intelligence and wit as say, Juno did last year. It stars Dennis Quaid, Sarah Jessica Parker, Ellen Page and Thomas Hayden Church in the oft hilarious tale of a family of intellectuals trying to fit in with all the “regular folk” of the world.
With that said, I am happy to present to you the first trailer from the film below.
Directed by Noam Murro, Smart People will hit theaters on April 11, 2008.

I like the plot of the movie, even though it is still mute for me how this movie can be a comedy.
