Word is now coming in from Australia that the Justice League movie has been put on hold indefinitely.

We’ve all seen the news that WB has gone Blu-ray exclusive. But is it going to be the death of HD-DVD?

By the end of May, Warner Bros. Entertainment will no longer distribute movies in the HD-DVD format, but will instead back Sony’s Blu-ray.

As much as I would like to recommend August Rush, I simply can’t. It deserves at least one Academy Award in the music department and I’ll tell you why.

The hits just keep on coming from the Warner Brothers camp as they continue to think up more fun ways to virally market The Dark Knight. The film doesn’t hit theaters until June of 2008, but The Joker (played by Heath Ledger) is already messing with our minds.

Yesterday I reported that the trailer for Will Smith’s upcoming blockbuster I Am Legend was leaked online and subsequently strewn about all over the blogosphere. It turns out that I was wrong, which shouldn’t come as a surprise to my ex-girlfriend. What will come as a surprise to both my ex-girlfriend and the rest of you is that I am here to make amends.

Earlier today I received a press release from the fine folks at Warner Brothers stating that there was a new trailer for I Am Legend that was being released on MySpace tonight around midnight. Of course as these things go, the trailer had no intention of waiting until this evening to find its way onto the web.
