Rob Hunter loves movies. He also loves leading groups of survivors through post apocalyptic situations. These two joys come together in the form of cash money payments that he receives every week and immediately uses to buy more DVDs. This week we find Survivors, take another Descent into a dark hole, jump across rooftops while evading the ruffians of District 13, and go fishing for Megapiranha.

In spite of the fact almost nothing was screened for them this week, Kevin and Neil meet in the Magical Studio in the Sky to not talk about movies. Instead, they discuss Kevin being a near body double for Taylor Lautner, Neil’s homoerotic fantasies about Neil Patrick Harris and how to tweet in Klingon. tIv cha’!

We have three movies going into wide release — Armored, Brothers and Everybody’s Fine – but it is sure shaping up as being another showdown between The Twilight Saga: New Moon and The Blind Side for the box office title.

With franchises like the teen broodfest Twilight and the low-down and dirty HBO series True Blood, it seems that we just can’t escape the fangs of a vampire-crazy culture. Which makes the whole thing ripe for spoofing.
