Why Watch? Flannery O’Connor‘s classic short story comes to life here as a 1) look at 1960s filmmaking techniques and 2) an experiment in adapting literary content for the screen. Those who have read it will note a few changes (and can question whether they needed to be made), but all can appreciate the test of dialogue and the complexity of human interaction.
