No, we didn’t completely get it wrong. We did correctly predict that the teen horror remake Prom Night would win at the box office, and, well, we were right.

It was DEFINITELY not such a good weekend at the theaters for George Clooney — or for any of the movies at the box office, really. The only movie that really held up its own was 21. That was the surprise Number One movie at the box office for the second weekend in a row.

The real star of the film is Abigail Breslin. She owns the role of Nim completely and manages to not just remain interesting throughout her scenes (which are more often shared by a sea lion or a lizard than another human actor), but to be the most intriguing element of the movie.

Neil and Kevin serve witty banter over a discussion of love and football for Leatherheads, take a trip to Nim’s Island, freak out over evil weeds in The Ruins (while drooling over Laura Ramsey and her fabulous breasts) and wonder whose bright idea it was to put Mick Jagger’s wrinkly mug on an IMAX screen.

This week, you can say the Reject Report is in Ruins. We have a movie called The Ruins, and we have a film about the National Football League called Leatherheads set in an era when it looked like the whole league was going to end up in ruins, and on and on.

For the past year, Gerard Butler has become somewhat of a household name. And let’s face it, he deserves it. We can all agree that he kicked all kinds of ass in 300, but there’s a deeper side to this guy than just running around yelling, “This is Sparta!”

Recently, we had a chance to chat with Butler about his upcoming film Nim’s Island. In the process, he was kind enough to answer some burning questions from Neil’s Mom.
