So here we are in the official Hollywood hangover week. Hugh Jackman was praised for doing less than anyone else had in the past. We have only two non-reviewed movies releasing this weekend. And Tyler Perry in a fat suit is box office gold.

Love is in the air for some reason, so we’ve developed a fool-proof way of testing whether your significant other is worth your time. Now for girls!

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced their nominees for the 66th Annual Golden Globe Awards today, laying out what is generally regarded as a relatively accurate precursor to the Academy Awards nominations.

Universal Studios has a very black sense of humor. They’re saying they will release Mamma Mia in a sing-along version. It’s a joke right? A jest? A wacky April Fools joke in August?

Flip back and forth between an episode of Maury when he’s interviewing a woman who doesn’t know who her baby daddy is and My Big Fat Greek Wedding while playing ABBA’s greatest hits album in the background. Add a dose of Meryl Streep and Pierce Brosnen and you get Mamma Mia!.

Holy box-office, Batman! Yes, I just could not resist using that hokey line to begin this box office edition of the Reject Report, but I couldn’t help it.

It’s no wonder that our illustrious Executive Editor Neil Miller wondered if he grew ovaries after discovering he enjoyed this movie.

Meryl Streep is throwing a big, fat, Greek wedding for her daughter, and it’s an open bar!

It’s all about The Dark Knight here at the Reject Report — almost, anyway, because Mamma Mia! is also rolling out — and the question everyone has is whether this movie is going to be the one to shatter all the box office records.

Kevin and Neil whip themselves up into a frenzy about how ridiculously awesome The Dark Knight is. Oh, and they do manage to mention Peter Dinklage as well this week.

Unless you’re at The Rocky Horror Picture Show, seeing a movie is not about audience participation. I don’t care what Universal says, you shouldn’t sing your ABBA tunes during Mamma Mia!
