Once again, Todd the Wraith contacts the Atlantis team. We thought he was dead, but his dangerous iratus bug healed him from his previous encounter. Todd confesses to Sheppard that he had modified a hive ship to use a ZPM as a power source, resulting in a super-hive that could become invulnerable.

Outside of Las Vegas, Nevada, Detective John Sheppard (Joe Flanigan) is on the trail of a serial killer. The victims appear dried up and prematurely aged with a wound in their chest that has been contaminated with radiation.

A mysterious woman named Neeva suddenly finds herself in the body of Dr. Jennifer Keller on Atlantis.

To say this episode, or the previous episode, was made for the fans would seem redundant in the Stargate universe. At this point, almost every episode is made for the fans.

Daniel Jackson comes to Atlantis to search for an secret Ancient lab with the help of Rodney. However, when they discover the lab, a device attracks mysterious soldiers who kidnap Rodney and Daniel, along with a powerful weapon against the Wraith.

While on a routine goodwill mission to a planet to help a village with an influenza-like outbreak, Dr. Keller is kidnapped. Rodney and Ronon stay behind to track the good doctor and the Runner who took her hostage.
