Ice Road Truckers Drive Deadliest Roads, Give Free Stuff
Free Stuff By Robert Fure on October 17, 2010 | Comments (14)While it’s true that most of us Rejects write about films because we’re not quite bright enough to deal with the real world, so we live in fantasy land. Every now and then though, one of us, in a moment of confusion, ends up watching The History Channel and accidentally being exposed to something that could potentially teach us. This scares us and to get rid of the memories, we gather up anything that reminds us of that unpleasant experience and give it away. What I’m really trying to say is that The History Channel, our buds, gave us a pretty sweet prize package to celebrate Ice Road Truckers: Deadliest Roads hitting the air and we figured you guys like free stuff, so we’re giving it to you.
31 Days of Horror: Impress the Rejects, Win Big
31 Days of Horror By Robert Fure on October 11, 2010 | Comments (60)I love Halloween. I love October. I love horror movies. I love finding stuff I’ve never seen before and god damn it, I love giving you free stuff. So that I can get my fill of all those things all at once, we’ve devised a contest to run over the next two weeks within our 31 Days of Horror feature. Unlike our normal easy-cakes contests where all you have to do is make us laugh, this one is going to require you to dig deep into your horror knowledge and blow us away. You see, we’re kind of horror experts. If it involves a knife slashing through a nudie girl, I’ve seen it. If it involves a Japanese demon shooting poop out of a girls nipples, Hunter has seen it. If it’s an afternoon kids special that has never scared a single soul, Abaius has openly wept in front of it. So here’s the challenge: tell us a good horror movie we haven’t seen. Read on.
