Upon my rise from the depths of slumber this morning, I was greeted with a few options: (a) take a shower and eat breakfast like a normal person or (b) check Twitter and see what has been going on for the past 9 hours. I chose the latter, as I always do.

Neil has his tail between his legs because he hasn’t seen any movies this week, but he still maintains that he is awesome. Kevin enjoyed a nice dose of Zefron, and the Fat Guys remember two important things: If you white, you Ben Affleck; and Chic-fil-A is delicious!

This week John predicts that die-hard fans may care about Crank: High Voltage, State of Play and 17 Again. But after a few weeks of big hits, we are due for a down weekend and he thinks this might be it.

Lionsgate is out in full force promoting their upcoming actioner Crank: High Voltage, including a little bit of love via the micro-blogging site Twitter. In related news, this redband trailer has boobs in it.

Our good friend Christopher M. hit us once again this weekend with another round of pictures for a somewhat highly anticipated movie, Crank 2: High Voltage. Recently we showed you the film’s redband sizzle reel (since removed) and the first official trailer, both of which showed off some of the film’s wild action.

Thanks to some prosthetic work on the set of Crank 2: High Voltage, there is no longer anything derogatory about saying that Jason Statham has a big head.

The first Crank film was on all-out assault on the senses, delivering action, sex and a level of badass that can only be delivered by the crazy minds of Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor. And now, with Crank 2, it appears that these two visionaries are doing what they can to raise the bar.
