I started thinking about all the hype and general cooler-than-thou hipsterism that surrounds everything Tarantino/Rodriguez/Grindhouse, and things got ugly.
But sadly, not in an awesome shooting children way, like we saw in Terminator 2 and Terminator 3. In a marketing, PG-13 rating kind of way.
Ah sequels. Giving us more insight into the lives of the characters we love. Furthering the adventures of our greatest heroes. This is not about those kinds of sequels.
One of the first things out of someone’s mouth when it comes to a remake is “But the original is a classic!” No. Often times they’re not. They suck just as bad. Or worse.
