I never really expected the next great thing in horror or anything form this yet I still want to see it. I also agree that Raimi isn't really that great of a director, the Evil Dead movies are classic; Spiderman was nothing more than entertaining mindless mess.

This was basically what I was expecting from Raimi. The trailer looked alright, but very simple. If we want to be honest, Raimi hasn't ever really been impressive. Evil Dead – great low budget horror movie. Evil Dead II – the same movie made again, but this time with laughs! Army of Darkness – funny moderate budget comedy, propelled by Bruce Campbell. After that? The Quick and the Dead? The Gift? A Simple Plan? For Love of the Game? Was anything there that great?

Spider-Man – liked it, but flawed. Spider-Man 2 – loved it. Spider-Man 3- so bad that I hate the first two now.
