Man oh man, I saw it last night at the Egyptian Theater in Ogden, and it was so great. I loved every second of it, from the opening author's note to the awesome ending!

The trailer is infectious, sans 70's voiceover (though I liked the line "This is not a love story, this is a story about love.") Both Gordon-Levitt and Deschanel have this charisma about them that I really like. The clips I've seen so far (Anal Girl, Sid & Nancy) are hilariousss. When can we expect to see this out?!

It was both sweet and tragic, but not sweetly tragic. Also, I don't think I would compare it to Eternal Sunshine. It was more straightforward. It reminded me a lot of something we might see from the creative team behind Pushing Daisies.
