I thought Butler and Heigl have good chemistry and the movie was laugh out loud funny which surprised me. The audience was laughing too so I wasn't the only one. Will this film change the world? She has all the nuances and expressions required for comedy and delivers them very well. I just don't think this was sympathetic role she was playing though you do warm to Abby as the movie progresses. I just think she is the punch bag for the press at the moment - it seems the in thing to hate on her and I just don't buy into it. The movie is predictable and cliche but the journey is quite fun and you will laugh. I think Heigl is a very talented actress – and a funny woman too.
