This movie is one of those things that I hated. I feared almost this to happen when you remove the adorable Pierce Brosnan. I do not know why the hell the starcast was changed, I mean Brosnan would have listened if he would have been requested. Hey even I signed an online petition for him somewhere.
The bond genre is not about deep romance, but about intense action, fast cars and women.
And I want my “The name is Bond, James Bond” at the start rather than the end, just like the vodka shaken and not stirred.

As far as I'm concerned this is not a Bond movie. It's just an ordinary action movie (not really good one), where the main character's name is James Bond. If the only thing that they would change in the movie was his name, no one would even compare this movie with any of the classical Bond movies we all like to watch.
For me, Bond movies are supposed to be fun. And yes, that means a little bit silly at times. I want little gadgets, I want vodka martini (shaken, of course), I want a memorable supervillain, and I want to hear his say: "Bond, James Bond" at least once.

Quantum of solace is the worst of the 007 films iv seen there no story/no gadgets no good vilains,the worst plot for a bond picture ever. whats it all about?.miss Broccoli will destroy the franchise her farther built up if she dose not go back to the old format, good vilains ,gadgets,q branch so on so on. also puting back the bond intro back at the beging of the film instead of the end.

This movie is not wort watching!
Quantum Of Solace is not worth the hype.I watched this movie with great expectations but in vain.The action was not so thrilling, neither was the villain worth of Bond. I am praying that let the next release will be much better than this!

As a major Bond fan, I’m now more hesitant than ever. While I think Bond did well to learn a lesson from the Bourne films, I really don’t want Bond to be LIKE the Bourne films.

But I haven’t missed a Bond premiere since LICENSE TO KILL, and I don’t intend to miss this one tonight.

Going to see this tomorrow now, for sure. Thanks for the heads-up. I had heard it’s much more action oriented than Casino Royale, but couldn’t remember from where and whether it was true or not. I’m pretty pumped now.
