i didnt see anything wrong with this film, i enjoyed the heck out of it, its was a thrill ride. but to me it went by to quik for some reason. still the part i really enjoyed was travoltas scene in the airport secuirty cussing over a energy drink, and did any one catch the ROYALE WITH CHEESE reference? idk if it was a refrence but well seen PULP FICTION. the greatest part has to be were he fights the azn dudes whoops ass with the bat.

I just got back from seeing From Paris with Love and I have to say, I thought it was even better than Taken. Pierre Morel does for John Travolta what he did for Liam Neeson, make him a bad-ass son-of-a-bitch. Travolta hasn't been this fun to watch in years, though I enjoyed him in Pelham 123, and the action is amazing. Seriously, I felt like I was watching a mix between an old school John Woo flick like Hard Boiled and an 80's buddy cop flick like 48 Hours.

The most important thing though is that I was thoroughly entertained from start to finish and besides an annoying-ass woman senator who couldn't act her way out of plastic bag, i wouldn't have changed a thing. Pierre Morel is now officially my go-to action director, it's amazing how far he's come since District B-13. Finally, I love that his closing music choices are always cool rock songs from like 5 years ago, that's old-school, plus it's probably cheaper.

Travolta has been making quite bad action films lately, but judging by the solid action in the trailer this just might work.
