I agree as well, looks like whoever edited the movie fudged it up, ripped all its guts out and left only a frame behind. It's a pity because it was a great concept that could have been really interesting. I have to mention also that the younger characters were alot more interesting then the older two that took over, if they kept those younger characters for the whole movie then it might have been more interesting.

I won't be able to get past Christensen. He's awkward in everything. If they made a biopic about Christensen starring Christensen he wouldn't be able to do it convincingly. The concept seemed cool, Jackson is fun, and Bilson sure is purdy, but HC would ruin it for me.

Great review though.

(Phew on the song. I thought you were going to say "Uncle F'er" from South Park's movie.)

thats to bad this movie wasn't what i thought it would be. It just isn't going to live up to the hype, however I love your site. I think it has great content and information. I also think its original and cool. I was emailing you to let you know how much I like your site. I have a site of my own. Its dedicated to highly anticipated upcoming movies. Right now I am focused on The Dark Knight. I was wandering if it was possible to do a link exchange. I know my viewers would love a link to your site for all of your great content and I think your fans would love the additional information on The Dark Knight. I think it would benefit us both. I would really appreciate it. Thanks Daniel

Hey Michael --

I think we saw the same movie, but we may have seen it a little differently.

I agree... I would totally want to be able to "jump" if I could chose a superpower. Although, I would rather not have a white-haired Sam Jackson chasing me -- that dude is just too badass.

I know that it was a trilogy, but the movie was only 88 minutes long... You mean to tell me that they couldn't add another 20-30 min to the story to help explain things better? Doug Liman and David Goyer are better than that.

And as far as the song goes... I would recommend you see "Team America: World Police". Its very funny, especially if you don't live in the United States.

Neil,
Did we see the same movie? I'll admit upfront that if I were to have a super power this would be it...however, parking that radmon thought aside I thoroughly enjoyed this.

Bearing in mind that this is background material for what is set to be a trilogy it would be difficult to tell this in any other way. Speaking of which the narrative structure is set out in a clever and engaging way...how you were distracted by some inane song I'll never know? Where you listening to your iPod at the same time...?

All jokes aside great site...keep up the good work!
