Yes, the accents were bad, but I don't think that is enough to give it a C. I would give it a B+. I thought it they did a good job of explaining a very complicated plot. I also thought the cinematography, costumes, etc were spot on. As somewhat of a history buff, I really enjoyed this movie, despite the accents.
