It’s Sunday morning, that means it is time to do some talking points. More importantly this week, it is Super Bowl Sunday. Later this evening the New York Giants will step onto the field in Phoenix, Arizona and attempt to end the season-long winning streak of the New England Patriots. Eli Manning vs. Tom Brady; Tom Coughlin vs. Bill Belichick. Everyone will be there, and we can assume that just about anyone will

Would think that there's a bunch of movies that vie for the "best" football movie, each of them cover aspects of what it's like to play, the sacrifices that a person makes of their body and in some cases, even their spirit in order to play. Here's my take on some of the best, as always, ymmv:

1) All The Right Moves - Cruise actually does a good job of showing the passion about playing and Nelson does a respectable job of the Coach who wants things done his way and has to get into power trips with one of his best players.

2) North Dallas Forty/Semi Tough - liked how the players tried to cope with their sacrifice to the game and the corporate indifference present made them question those decisions.

3) The Longest Yard - for the scene where Reynolds throws a football into Ray Nitzsche's nuts on multiple plays.
