I think you caught some really good villains that should never appear on screen, but I have to disagree with one: Clayface

Now to be fair, he would have to be re-written to fit into the nolanverse. But I can completely picture him as a chameleon of sorts, a master of disguise. There's no way he can possess the powers he does in the comics or the DCAU. But other than that I think he'd be a good fit.

The villain that I would like to see the most and makes perfect sense in Nolan's universe is Deadshot. He's perfect. There's no other way to say it. Check out Batman: Gotham Knight. He's a pretty bad ass villain!

i think calander man should of made the list. the ventriloquist was pretty lame until i thought if they ever put him in a film, he'd have some sort of mind control thing to make human puppets, he could enslave the other villains… probably not

my personnal choices for worst bat villains

maxie zeus – believes he is a greek god. best moment; while escaping arkham during the knightfall mass prison break, he runs into a tree an knocks himself out!

king tut – basically thinks he is the king tut, after being hit in the head… gets better when hit in the head. egyptian rip off of the riddler.

calendar man – likes dates…..

killer moth……

I can’t see why the studio people can’t see that if there is any batvillian as clear as crystal to fit in the Nolaniverse it’s BLACK MASK and no other. For me BM counts more than both the Riddler and ofcourse the Penguin who are rumoured to be present in the third Batman of Nolan.

There is no need for us to even prove that BM is realistic. He IS real.
BM is one hell of a vicious criminal/badass and it would be interesting to see him match his wits against Batman who is the greatest Badass of all time and half a criminal himself.

Frankly, Black Mask deserves a movie or TWO of himself … especially in the Nolan universe. If not in the third then in the Fourth Nolan Batman.

Cant agree with you more on that. the only way the hatter will make it into a movie is if he starts forcing random people to commit suicide or kill. Man bat is off kilter with the nolan version, making him a villain in a fictional comic book in the batman world is more realistic. Never even heard of film freak, sounds like a deranged son of a famous actor. Kid = villain = horrible. agreed there. Clayface does imitate sandman huh? no wonder i dont like him as a villain. The vantriliquest is rather sucky and so is that odd ten eye dude, along side a human calculator. Who is he supposed to scare math-enept school children? as for Bane, his begining is so far fetched from normalicy its sad.

You actually got a picture of the wrong Film Freak. There have been two; Burt Weston who was a complete twit, and Edison, the one pictured, who is actually pretty great. Not someone I’d want to see in a Nolan film any time soon, but there’s something truly wonderful about a character who shoots his own *friend* in the face for saying he liked “Easy Rider.”

As for the list, well…. I dunno, Man-Bat and Ventriloquist seems interesting and worthy for a big-screen adaptation but the Man Bat in ‘Nolanverse’ just doesn’t fit. Ventriloquist’s a small possibility though… and god all mighty what on earth is The Calculator? What… he ah… he forces you to memorize your tables and takes pop-quizes in random order? And here i thought i was DONE with Maths Syllabus B!!!

@ Tina: Fox in Batman, it’d sure as hell tick off the Transformers fans. But I’d like seeing her anywhere.

Actually the Calculator may have been in the Dark Knight movie but wasnt really a big villain. Notice that the guy from Hong Kong says he is good at calculating. The Joker Thug that Harvey Dent kidnaps also seems like a good Mad Hatter.
