I can't make an origami Yoda, but I can make a Godzilla out of a wet hand towel! I live in Japan, and the latest craze is "oshibori origami", making things out of restaurant hand towels. I've made some YouTube video tutorials which you can see at OshiboriArt.com.

Hi Brian! Since you're on the origami Yoda subject, you might be interested in my YouTube videos demonstrating how the make Kawahata's Yedi Master Yoda (in 4 episodes). http://www.youtube.com/Marigami.
I have a better photo of a completed origami Yoda if you'd like it.

Hey Brian! Actually that's not paper-maché --that's (I think) a kind of homemade paper called tissue-foil: basically a sheet of ordinary kitchen aluminum foil with two sheets of tissue paper spray-glued on. This Yoda is made in origami, and it's all one single square, brown on one side and green on the other, no cuts. I know this for a fact since I have the diagrams to make this model and I have practiced origami for several years. This Yoda has to be one of my favorite models, I fold it any time I can. It was designed by a Toyota engineer in Japan called Fumiaki Kawahata.

Greetings from Venezuela!
