Officially Cool: Freddy Krueger Nike Sneakers

Officially Cool

While I had time to find the Jason Voorhees Nike shoes, I found something else that I just had to feature. This is undoubtedly in the same vein, and if you are a huge fan of Freddy Krueger and Nightmare on Elm Street, this is yet again totally up your alley. This is a custom pair of Nike sneakers decorated in a Nightmare on Elm Street theme. These shoes are pretty sweet. Not too loud, not ambiguous to the theme they are supposed to represent, these sneakers were featured as part of a Nike Skateboarding ‘Horror Pack’. They hit shelves back in the fall, but this poor sould could not find any way to purchase them. Hope these pictures suffice!

Again, awesome. A lot of these have really low runs. The Jason Voorhees ones were like 1 of 1 or something. =(

Eric says:

Freddy is from Nightmare on Elm Street, not Friday the 13th. I could go for some Jason shoes, though

skipside says:

Freddy13 says:

Up until now, I was never willing to spend much more than 100.00 on a pair of shoes. After seeing these, I will spend up to 500.00. Happy bidding, EBAYers!

Lo says:

wow these are awesome! anyone have info on where you can find these?

crystal lake says:

actually these were going to be in production, but new line pictures had nike pull them…

the only offical ones out are samples and are size 9.

you might be able to find fakes on ebay…

as for the jasons, they were available at shops of a limited time. you can most likey find the jasons at ebay in your size.

have fun

Robert Fure says:

Lots of good information here. Have been checking ebay, the supply is very limited. Not sure how much I could justify spending, but New Line needs to come around. I like Jason better than Freddy, but those Krueger kicks are serious business.

They do look cool, but will they show up in your dreams and try to kill you? I’m not one to take chances.

Atom says:

YAY The huge corporations have found yet another way of raping my childhood. Three cheers for them! HIP HIP HIP BIG CORPORATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LecherousOldFart says:

Hate to break it to you, Atom, but the Nightmare On Elm Street franchise was produced by NEW LINE CINEMA, which I THINK is also a corporation. Your childhood was being raped from day one, dude.
