I have no idea how I stumbled across this little gem, but I must admit that I was absolutely blown away by its creative nature. Are you a die-hard Simpsons fan? If so, you may be able to name a lot of the places that Jerry Lerma and Terry Hogan have included in their Interactive Map of Springfield. The map, which is reminiscent of what Google Maps would look like for the fictional town, is about the most intricate portrait of the famous Springfield as we will ever see. Everything from the Simpsons’ house to the Nuclear Power plant to Interstate Route 401 The Michael Jackson Expressway (formerly the Dalai Lama Expressway) are represented. You can even click on things to see them as they have been seen in the show.
