Indiana Jones Monopoly!

Officially Cool - Indiana Jones Week

So there have been quite a few awesome versions of Monopoly over the years but for Indiana Jones fans, this is (for the lack of a better comparison) your Holy Grail edition. This Indiana Jones Monopoly Edition is exclusive to Wal-Mart. Starting with the “artifact crate” packaging, down to the game tokens and fertility idols for houses and Ark of the Covenant for hotels…this is one badass collectible. I bought mine at Wal-Mart for just under $30.

We bought the new Indiana Jones Monopoly today and we played it tonight as well. Part way through the game, we noticed that nearly all the property cards were misprinted. All fronts corresponding to the usually spaces and colors on the board. However, almost all the reverses were wrong. The property name, mortage amount, etc. corresponded with some other property around the board other than the property listed on the front of the card. I only noticed a couple of cards that had matching front and back property descriptions. Has anyone else seend this or is this a unique set? I am thinking of selling it on ebay!! Please email me with any useful or interesting comments about what we found. Thanks. Robert

We have the same issue with the deed cards. I hope more people will write in whether or not they have the same issue.
