I would say that while he has not been as open with Zack and Miri Make a Porno as with films past, Kevin Smith has still been very open with fans as the production of his new comedy rolls on. Today, we got word from the guys at News Askew that the film’s official website received an update. We raced over there to find that Kevin has published a few new images from the film, which can be seen below.

As well, the site has also been updated with the new Zack and Miri logo:

I must say that I love the logo — nothing says comedy about porn without an homage to the old school MPAA logo. It is almost as if Kevin Smith is giving the finger to the establishment — which just so happens to be his best position. As for the movie stills, there is nothing monumental here, but it is still cool to get a little bit more of Zack and Miri, especially this early in the game. The film isn’t set for release until October 31, so you can rest assured that we will see plenty more as the summer rolls on. One is also drawn to Comic Con, where Kevin Smith is always a welcomed guest. As for a first Zack and Miri trailer, we can imagine that a teaser is coming soon, but have no definite word yet.
