Is it just me for is Megan Fox just “blah” on the screen? She gives off no heat or sensuality. She's like a plastic doll and has about the same emotional range too. She's not even that hot. I see plenty of regular women on the street way hotter than her any day of the week

I've got to disagree, I don't think this is a comedy for a start. I think straight up horror with inevitable pop culture references.
