It will likely be Megan Fox’s enticing physique that draws in the crowds, but we know when all of Jennifer’s Body is coming out.

September 18, 2009 is the date 20th Century Fox has set for Jennifer’s Body, written by Diablo Cody (Juno),  to hit theaters. Megan Fox stars in the horror-comedy along with Amanda Seyfried, Johnny Simmons, Adam Brody and J.K. Simmons. The film is directed by Karyn Kusama, who wrote the critically acclaimed Girlfight.

The film follows the life of a cheerleader (Fox) who is possessed by a demon and begins killing her male classmates in the small Minnesota farm town. Is up to her best friend, a Sarah ,Plain and Tall type, to kill her, escape from a correctional facility and destroy the Satan-worshipping rock band to blame for her friend’s possession. Let me guess, you quit reading the description once you thought of Megan Fox in a cheerleader’s outfit, right?

Will you go see Jennifer’s Body? What is your favorite horror-comedy?

Based on that premise...I wouldn't see it. But I'll wait for a trailer until I mkae my final decision. I really liked Juno but this sounds like it could be awful. COULD be...I might very well be great. We'll see.
  • I'm still waiting for Thanksgiving to come out in the theaters.
  • Marking it on my calendar. I LOVE Diablo Cody.
  • what's my fave horror comedy? I really don't know... I still think Nightmare on Elm Street is fucking hilarious, although I dont know if it's considered to be a horror COMEDY.
  • Recently I saw and really enjoyed Teeth and Frido...I don't know about this one though, Megan Fox is a fox and all but her acting skills are all but nonexistent. Of course this flick doesn't sound like its hoping to have any oscar potential so you never know.
