Paris Hilton has finally found a cause outside of herself — British Columbia’s forests — reports Canadian “eco-warrior” Tzeporah Berman.
While attending the premiere of Leonardo DiCaprio’s documentary, The 11th Hour, Berman met Hilton and Adrian Grenier, star of HBO’s hit show, Entourage, and begged them to help.
“We talked about Canada’s old-growth forests, specifically about B.C. forests and how beautiful they are,” said Berman in a phone interview with ecorazzi.com.
Grenier and Hilton were “very interested in the state of the world’s forests and forest ethics,” Berman said. “They were very concerned to hear these forests are being used to make junk mail and catalogs.” Might some of that junk mail be unsolicited invitations to Hilton Hotels?
Berman has hope for Paris Hilton’s sincerity, even though Hilton and Grenier, who arrived together in his Prius, only walked the red carpet and left without seeing the movie. Sorry Leonardo, they must’ve gone off to hug some trees.
