as i said, i wrote my comments before i realized you were a regular writer, i recognised your name from the comments sections and i seriously thought you’d either hacked the site and posted something, or it was a trial run where they were letting you write a couple stories. its only your last two i’ve had a problem with, i’ve obviously read your other stuff and just didn’t notice you wrote them because they didn’t weren’t as mediocre as this one and the Jack Ryan one.

No, I think it’s the worst. And I’m really not even trying to be funny. I went for a thing. It didn’t work. Nobody cares about my biographical information.

I do take issue with Bob’s claim that I’m trying to be “wacky article guy.” That’s just simply not true. I write what I write. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I only aim to entertain.

But, Cole, if I have to endure the slings of arrows of Bob and JMoney AND KMoney, then at least be kind enough to allow my “Worst Article Evar” to stand. Let it be a shining testament to the Money Brothers if nothing else. Don’t let their hard comment work be for naught.

I also will take exception to the comment that this movie will be like the first two X-Men movies…………..IMPOSSIBLE. Those two had scant action and paper thin stories with no real Woverine savagery. Hugh Jackman at least seems to be trying to stay true to most of the comic renditions, something neither of the X-Men movies was able to do.

Listen, I get it… you want to be the ‘wacky article’ guy and theres a place for that. just not as a front page article with a headline that suggests a movie in trouble and with drugs involved, and then I get to read an inane commentary that had nothing to say.

May I suggest a side article area ala arstechnica.com’s tech journels.

Actually, I’m the brother-in-law to one of the higher-ups here at FSR. I was bouncing around life as a professional lemon peeler/taster with an occasional gig on the weekends whipping cream for French pastries. But then FSR found me and I’ve been living it up in Beverly Hills ever since. From time to time I have to turn in a few successive paragraphs referencing some sort of film news (or, as is the case with this article, NOT referencing film news) to keep the rest of the staff from wondering why I have an executive parking space at the FSR Compound and Homestall.

Having said that, your comments are well-noted and I will give them EXACTLY the amount of considered regard they deserve.
