NOT PATHETIC KIDS WHO THINK IT'S FUN TO WRITE THINGS ON THEIR ARMS WITH RED PEN AND MAKE IT LOOK LIKE CUTS!!!!! THEN THEY POUR GLITTER ON THEMSELVES!!!! Great article man… I don't even remember what caught my eye on this website in the first place. I'm a fan of all things vampiric, but this new 'saga' is quite an abomination. My friend made me go with her to see the movies, and the plot got so unbelievably silly with every turn that I had to check out the book just to see if the original wasn't as horribly dull as what I saw on screen. I just wish all this whiny over-advertised BS of Twilight gets forgotten some time soon…

oh i just could not stop laughing as i read this article. You are so right. i cant believe they dolled up vampires like that….they dont even have have fangs. any way the only good thing about this vampire mania is hollywood wants to milk it so i think however awful twilight was or is…it has opened the door for better vampire series and movies…look at true blood, day breakers, now am reading about the up comin Vlad the impaler. there have beeN so few movies that do vampires justice.. NOSFERATU, LOST BOYS, INTERVIEW WITH THE VAMPIRE..and a few more. this is the chance for hollywood to hook us up and i cant wait…

Great article. I could only watch half of this movie and got fed up. I couldn't get over the fact that someone would subject themselves to high school over and over again. The last thing I want to do is sit through pre-algebra.
Why doesn't he just say he's 18 and enroll in junior college?

Glad you all liked the exploration into the vampire high school student. I had no idea there was a Transylvania U in the states. Sounds like something you'd read in the Onion, but it's real.
Van Helsing would be a really nasty gym teacher, the teen vampire's nightmare.

Great article. I myself am a fan of Nosferatu, a vampire with no sex appeal at all and more akin to a rat in appearance than sparkly emo kid. Vampires are villians, always have been, and always should be.
