i actually find it hard rewatching sin city... I don't think the style of the film has held up. I'm not sure why but i think it may have to do with the fact that when the film came out I did know how the film was made but i didn't realize how easy it was and now that the veil is listed in the sense that you can see all the behind the scenes stuff, it just isn't all that appealing. If a sequel is made, or another adaptation of one of the other books is created, I'd rather them take a different approach, even soo much as taking a more hollywood type approach to adapting comic book films... sin city doesn't need to try to reinvent the wheel with technology but i'd hate if they just did the same thing,

I'd like to see them shoot the two sequels back to back...so all the gossip and rumors would be over...because I have feeling we'd end up going through this again with Sin City 3

let's face it Robert Rodriquez is the biggest factor of the sequels success...I mean after the Spirit does anyone even want to entertain the thought of Frank Miller directing? I'd be open to have someone like Quentin Tarantino take over since he guest directed on the first movie....he at least contributed to the original film's success...since Inglourious Basterds seems to be finally finished he could grind out Sin City 2 in a matter of a couple of months... then let Troublemaker Studios work on the post-production..I'm a big fan and I really don't want to wait another four years to see this made...
