Who is The Martian Manhunter?

When we last left our heroes in the Justice League, things were looking iffy. Would Batman and Superman be featured at all? Could Wonder Woman carry an entire ensemble by herself? Would Doomsday pop out of the screen and enslave us all?
Thankfully, a bit of good news is on the horizon.
It comes as no surprise to me that this tidbit comes from Aint It Cool News who probably gave birth to twin fan-babies as soon as it penetrated their fertile eardrums.
They’re reporting that Hugh Keays-Byrne, who played Toecutter in Mad Max, will be donning the full-body green make up to play The Martian Manhunter. It looks like if Superman isn’t around, JLA will still have at least one alien with versatile, nearly invincible power.
The rumored cast re-cap so far:
Adam Brody as The Flash
Teresa Palmer as Talia Al Ghul
Common as Green Lantern
D.J. Cotrona as Superman
Armie Hammer as Batman
Megan Gale as Wonderwoman
IMDB also lists Zoe Kazan (The Savages, In The Valley of Elah) as having a role, but won’t say who she’s playing. Any guesses out there?

Zoe Kazan would play the part of Zatanna. She is a magician. Great casting if she ends up playing the part. She looks just like her.

I’m gunna go with her probably playing Hawkgirl, who was featured in the most recent version of the cartoon. Seems like the roster is leaning that way.
