Weekly DVD Drinking Game: Family Guy: Something Something Something Dark Side
Drinking Games By Kevin Carr on December 29, 2009 | Be the First To CommentWe at FSR love to drink. And we know that many of you love to drink, as well. This shared love has led us to a brand new (though not exactly new) feature here at FSR: The Weekly DVD Drinking Game. Every week we will chose a DVD release and give you a few simple steps toward drunken stupidity (or cinematic tolerance). Behold, this week’s entry…
Have you had it with Star Wars adaptations? Have you had it with Family Guy? No? Well, I’m sure you’re totally ready to sit your butt on your couch and watch the Empire Strikes Back send-up with the Griffins in Something Something Something Dark Side. And have a drink while you’re at it ‘cause that’s what Family Guy is made for.
And now, to cover our butts… This game is only for people over the age of 21. Please drink responsibly, and don’t forget that only nerf-herders can call each other nerf-herders.
TAKE A DRINK WHENEVER….
A laser is fired
A ship enters or comes out of light speed
A character from the Family Guy universe first appears
There’s a pop culture reference outside of the Star Wars universe
TAKE A DRINK WHEN YOU SEE…
A lightsaber
An explosion
A Star Destroyer
A shot lifted directly from the film
TAKE A DRINK WHEN SOMEONE SAYS…
“Force”
“Empire”
a Star Wars character’s name
a line of dialogue quoted exactly from The Empire Strikes Back
CHUG YOUR DRINK WHENEVER…
Someone sniffs gum
