Last night Quentin Tarantino took stopped by Fox’s American Idol to do, whatever it is that he does. To be honest, we didn’t watch Idol because we were busy doing other stuff. But if you were watching then you probably saw a new clip from Tarantino’s upcoming film Inglourious Basterds, which stars Brad Pitt as the leader of a rogue U.S. platoon in WWII France who is in the business of killin’ Nazis. And from what we hear — or at least what we’ve been told by the studio sources who sent us the following clip — the clip that was shown last night was a cut a little short. So we’ve uncovered the full clip for your viewing pleasure below, including a first look at Mike Myers as General Ed Fenech .

Inglourious Basterds hits theaters on August 21, 2009.

  • I think The Inglorious Basterds movie might be Quentin Jerome Tarantino's best movie yet since he made a great movie but he always makes great movies, so there is nothing stopping me from watching this for sure great movie that he made that will be a blockbuster for sure when it comes out for everyone who is a Quentin Jerome Tarantino's fan will be happy with this new awesome movie of his to watch again and again until they become Nazis of there own and are killed by the actors just for them to look cool until they too become Nazis and they kill themselves for becoming that shameful thing of them .

That looks terrible and Tarantino comes off as a douche.

    STFU please.
  • I have a feeling that this movie is going to be even more violent and bloody than any other Tarantino movies. I loved Kill Bill, especially pt1 with the spraying blood, but I have a feeling the blood will be less comical in this movie.

Hhmm...... now is that a good thing or a bad thing? :P

Seriously though, I love his 'work ethic'. XD
  • Don't like Tarantino's personality at all. Casting Eli Roth and Mike Myers seems like a pair of mistakes. Time will tell. I'll definitely check this bitch out in theaters.

It dosen't matter if you don't like his personality. WHO ARE YOU?? Seriously you people like to second guess Tarantino like your opinion on his casting choices and what movies he makes are retarded. Get your own movie career and make movies the way YOU WANT TO and shut up already.
