I can’t speak for the lot of you, but I can say that from where I’m sitting, Todd Phillips’ The Hangover looks like a wicked funny film. Or at least, it has the potential to be a riot. It brings together a few comedic talents whose work I’ve long enjoyed. First up we have Phillips, who appears to be back on track for more of the shenanigans we saw in Old School and Road Trip. Then we’ve got Bradley Cooper — the recently rumored to be playing Green Hornet Lantern Bradley Cooper — who damn near stole the show from Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson in Wedding Crashers. As well, we’ve got The Office star Ed Helms, or as his friends call him, “The Nard-Dog.” And finally we stir it all up with a little Zach Galifianakis to make for one potentially strong comedy cocktail.

Should you require more evidence that this movie will be funny — including a Phil Collins ballad sung by Mike Tyson — please inspect the redband preview clip below, which was released by Warner Bros. today via MySpace. The Hangover will be in theaters on June 5, 2009.
