Christoph Waltz walked away with the Best Supporting Actor Oscar (and another u-boat full of statues), so he’s taken the United States over in a way with everyone looking to see what he’ll do next. He’s decided to make big moves.
The actor is also a writer and a director. Or at least he soon will be.
Waltz will be directing his first feature with Up and Away, a flick that he wrote and might possibly act in.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the movie focuses on “a woman who is a ruthless host of a dating show competition. She finds herself in over her head when the show’s romantic storyline bumps into her own feelings for a contestant.”
Apparently it will be romantic and comedic, but we might not get the jokes since it will be in German.
Here’s hoping we’ll get a chance to see it in the States.
