Video: Hancock Doesn’t Remember Anything
Movie News By Neil Miller on June 3, 2008 | Be the First To Comment
Earlier this week Will Smith headed over to Ellen DeGeneres’ show to talk about his upcoming superhero flick Hancock, which hits theaters on July 2. He also brought with him a brand new clip from the film, one that finally shows some exposition (though, I would like to note that I am against exposition in this type of film — I say blow stuff up, repeatedly). The clip shows our hero Hancock (Smith) having dinner with his publicist (Jason Bateman) and a lady friend (Charlize Theron). At dinner he talks about how he came to be a superhero, and the fact that he remembers nothing about his origins.
Check out the new video below:
Hancock is directed by Peter Berg, who previously brought us The Kingdom and Friday Night Lights. It will mark Will Smith’s return to July 4th weekend, where he has previously seen success with films such as Independence Day and Men in Black. Hancock is in theaters everywhere July 2nd.
