The Spirit

“Down these mean streets a man must come. A hero born, murdered, and born again.”

Scarlett Johansson, Eva Mendez… how could that duo get any hotter? By adding Sarah Paulson as Ellen Dolan, the whip-smart girl-next-door, and Jaime King as Loreli, a murderous French nightclub dancer, that’s how.

The remainder of the lineup of foxy femmes in Frank Miller’s latest and greatest cinematic adaptation, The Spirit, was recently released over the weekend by Yahoo as a virtual four-pane poster (you’ll need flash player to view it, though) that features a close up of each of these four delicious ladies as well as a sound clip of each girl’s tagline that plays when you scroll over her image.

Now, because we are FSR, and we rock, we recently received links to large, hi-res versions of the latest two character posters–those of Sarah Paulson and Jaime King–for your viewing pleasure (and we think that you will, indeed, be pleased). See for yourselves!

Paulson and King join Johansson, Mendez and a handful of other gorgeous babes, including Paz Vega and Stana Katic, among others.

The Spirit is a Lionsgate film directed by Frank Miller, adapted from Wil Eisner’s comic strip of the same name. Starring Gabriel Colt and Samuel L. Jackson, The Spirit is set for release December 25, 2008.
