My question has been why did they feel the need to make the robots look so complex with all the seperation of metal. In my opnion they seemed to have gotten fractured happy.

sounds like it might be a little less cheesy this time around (fingers crossed).
i dont mind a little comedy with my action, but the writing was terrible in no. 1.

ps.bumble bee always look scratched up and dirty in robot form, but when in 'camaro' mode he looks like he just road off the show room floor. wierd :)

Sounds like a decent story and not as cliche as the full trailer depicted it to be.
