post-transformers.jpgAccording to IGN, Transformers 2 may be headed to the big screen sooner than you think. Steven Speilberg, who executive produced Transformers, has said that the story could be going out in as few as 30 days. He’s also said that Shia Lebouf, who played Sam in the 1st installment, should be returning to reprise the role in “multiple” Transformers movies. So it looks like we’ve got a lot more Transformers in the future. I can’t wait for these to start pumping out.

This is great news for fans of the hit movie. It’s had such great success that it was re-released into IMAX just a few weeks ago. I know I’m not the only one excited about this. At the pace they’re moving, this movie could be out really soon. Think about it, Optimus Prime and Megatron beating the crap out of each other again! Lets just hope that Megan Fox can return for these movies too!

Transformers is the biggest movie that the Department of Defense has supported since Black Hawk Down. Also, the slogan “Their War, Our World”, was originally reserved for AVP, but changed at the last second to “Whoever wins, we lose.”
