Transformers 2: Fallen, Devastator Show Their Faces

Asian website ACToys has revealed a few first looks this morning at a few of the new characters in Michael Bay’s Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, including the film’s title character. The first image below is The Fallen, Bay’s “apocalyptic” main villain. He has been revealed via toy photos in the past few weeks, but this may be the closest representation of what we may see in the film. The second picture is of the other hotly anticipated Decepticons, Devastator. This little guy will be the first combination Transformer that we’ve seen in the live-action films. As you can see in the image below (behind him), he will be made up of a series of other bots whose alternate modes are construction equipment (dump truck, earth mover, etc). Of course all of this may or may not be confirmed by this weekend’s first full trailer, which has been confirmed to be running in front of Friday the 13th.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen hits theaters June 26, 2009. Directed by Michael Bay and written by Star Trek scribes Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci with Ehren Kruger, it will star Shia LaBeouf, Megan Fox, John Turturro, Josh Duhamel, Isabel Lucas and Rainn Wilson. I won't lie. I didn't like the first Transformers. I thought it was stupid fluff that just didn't work. But man, Devastator looks badass.

Galvatron WILL be back. We know he'll be back as MEGATRON and not Galvatron because Shia LaBouf states in the teaser "Megatron wants what's in my mind!" So there's one question answered. Another thing that comes to mind. In the new EXTENDED trailer you see Megatron and notice something behind his back when he sneaks up on Megan Fox. I think there's some proof of a freaking cannon. All I can say is that Devastator is a freaking beast and I don't know who the f*ck The Fallen is. If anyone can answer that. It would be much appreciated.
