Trailer: Jessica Simpson’s “Blonde Ambition”

Jessica Simpson in Blonde Ambition I used to think that even Luke Wilson and Rachel Leigh Cook were reputable actors, starring in cheesy but fun comedies like “Alex and Emma” and “She’s All That”, respectively. But this one takes the cake for dumb! A star vehicle for (you guessed it) Jessica Simpson, Blonde Ambition is the story of a young country-bumpkin who follows her boyfriend to the “big city” and discovers that he has found another. And now, she must find a way to survive in… Ah, I can’t even talk about this movie anymore. I think I just puked in my mouth.

Blonde Ambition will release in theaters sometime in 2007, and then on DVD shortly after that.

Neil, you fool. Jessica Simpson? Check. Andy Dick? Check. KT Tunstall song in trailer? Check.

This movie is set to blow up, Neil. At first I thought, wow it sounds exactly like Legally Blonde - what with the title, and the set up, and the plot - but throwing in Luke Wilson gives it that curveball that can set it apart from ANY comparison to Legally Blonde.

I'm seeing this opening day, brother.
