He makes it sound like it's suddenly going to turn into a spoof movie...but then it doesn't. Which makes it that much worse. And the line where the one character says, "It's not just a murder...it's the fist murder in Antarctica." Wow, brilliant writing there. I was waiting for a heavier reveal, like "It's not just a murder...he was slowly eaten alive by six-legged batlike creatures that spit fire." OK, maybe not that far out but you get the drift.
