In Drillbit Taylor, Owen Wilson re-teams with Mr. Judd Apatow (I’m trying to be respectful, the man is a genius for Superbad) to play a guy who lies his way into a gig guarding high school freshman from a few bullies. It has been rough goings of late for Wilson, who hasn’t had a big hit since Wedding Crashers, so an Apatow flick just can’t hurt — even despite the fact that Steven Brill is directing; Judd Apatow is producing. Are you confused? Either way, the clip is below.
Drillbit Taylor beats the ass of little high school bullies starting March 21, 2008.
