i agree, i hope he doesn't blow it with to much computer imaging.
although, it would be interesting to see a new perspective on the LOTR series.
they would DEF blow it if it was in 3d, sucha gimmick.

Am I the only one who wishes Peter Jackson was directing the Hobbit instead of Guillermo del Toro. Nothing against him, I know Jackson is still somewhat involved but god I wish it was the same crew behind The Lord of the Rings triology.

And no 3D!
