The Hobbit Makers Want to Party With You

It took them what seemed like a Middle-Earth lifetime (which is only still 1/2 the length of Return of the King) to get the deal done that will see Guillermo Del Toro spend four years of his life making two Hobbit movies, but Peter Jackson and his new director are moving very quickly on plans to get The Hobbit up and running. To start, they are turning to you, the fans, for an “Unexpected Party” over on the official WETA website. As you can see from the invite below, they want to hear your questions — and they just might answer them, as well:

And the fact that I love witnessing the moments when truly talented people in Hollywood actually make a connection with fans, or make an attempt to, at least.
